Hello…

Every now and then we receive information from our shopping cart telling us that someone has been declined while attempting to order one or more of our products or services from outside of the USA.

Here are some options if you desire to purchase one or more of our products or services.

Make sure that all of the information you entered in the order form is accurate. Your credit card number, expiration date, and 3-digit customer code number from the back of your card must all be accurate.

Your name must match exactly as it is listed by the bank that has issued your card.

The billing address (this is where most people get goofed up) must be the same as the address where you receive your statements from the bank that issued the card.

You can, if you have a checking account, use the online check that appears on our order form… under the request for credit card information.

Email me your credit card information including

Name
Credit card number
Expiration date
Customer code number (3 digit number on back)
Billing address for the card
Including zip code.
If you are purchasing a hard copy of the eBook and you want it shipped to an address that is different from your credit card billing address, enter that as well. My secretary will enter your card manually.

It is unfortunate that this struggle happens with International orders, but with differences in exchange rates, and the security systems on our shopping cart… this seems to be a necessary problem for us to overcome!
